These Terms of Service govern the purchase of tickets and the use of services provided by Southwave Entertainment. By purchasing a ticket, making a private booking, or attending any event organized by us, you agree to these terms.

Introduction & About Us

  • Southwave Entertainment is an event management company operating in the United Kingdom, specializing in DJ nights and live entertainment events.
  • All events are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

  • All events organized by Southwave Entertainment are strictly for individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • Valid government-issued photo identification may be required as a condition of entry.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who fails to provide valid ID or does not meet the age requirement. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Booking & Ticket Purchase

  • All tickets must be purchased with full payment in order to confirm a booking.
  • Tickets may be purchased through our official website or via private booking through approved communication channels.
  • A booking is deemed confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and a confirmation email or message has been issued.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings where fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

Ticket Conditions

  • Tickets are issued for personal use only and are non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol may be sold or supplied at events in accordance with applicable UK licensing laws and venue policies.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry, deny alcohol service, or remove any guest who is intoxicated or behaves in a disorderly manner.
  • Southwave Entertainment promotes responsible alcohol consumption and prioritizes attendee safety.

Event Changes & DJ Substitution

  • We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to DJs, performers, schedules, or venues where necessary.
  • Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the event is cancelled in its entirety.

Client Responsibilities (Private Bookings)

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring venues comply with all required permissions, licences, and regulations.
  • Clients are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests during the event.

Limitation of Liability

  • Attendance at events is entirely at the attendee’s own risk.
  • Southwave Entertainment shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

Force Majeure

  • Southwave Entertainment shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, public emergencies, extreme weather, power failures, or venue closures.

Complaints & Disputes

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
