Refund Policy

Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket purchases require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, except where required under UK consumer protection law or where an event is cancelled by us.

Event Cancellation by Us

  • In the event that Southwave Entertainment cancels an event, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method.

Event Postponement

  • If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date.
  • If a ticket holder is unable to attend the new date, a refund may be offered at our discretion, subject to reasonable notice.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend an event on the scheduled date and time, for any reason, will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Private Booking Cancellations

  • Cancellation terms for private bookings will be clearly outlined in the individual booking agreement provided at the time of confirmation.
